Welcome to My Groom. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“TOU”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our application.

 

 

1. Definitions

  • Application : My Groom, its services and functionalities available on mobile or any other medium.

  • User : Any person who uses the application

  • Premium Version : Access to additional functionalities for a fee.

 

 

2. Access and Registration

2.1. Access conditions
Access to My Groom is open to anyone with a compatible device and an Internet connection. Access to the application requires the creation of an account.

2.2 Registration
To use the main features of the application, you must create an account by providing :
- A valid e-mail address.
The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

 

 

3. Application use

3.1 Free features
- Non-subscribers have access to basic features, including :
- Adding horses.
- Daily care management.
- Activity tracking.
- Access to the Health tab.

3.2 Premium features
Users subscribing to the Premium version have access to advanced features, including :
- Budget management.
- Competition tracking.
- Contact management.
- Notes.
- Access to a photo gallery.
- Personal calendar.
- Shared calendar.
- Reminders.
- Ability to add members to a “Team” and share associated horse information.

3.3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the application for illegal purposes.
- Share your account or login information.
- Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the application.

 

 

4. Premium subscription

4.1. Subscription

Access to the Premium version is subject to a subscription fee of €12 per month or €90 per year. Subscriptions are managed via a secure payment platform - Stripe.

4.2 Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions are renewed automatically on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel it at any time from the My Groom -Stripe customer area: https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/7sI6s93wQeZj9pK3cc. No refunds will be made for periods already started.

 

 

5. Intellectual Property

All application content (text, images, logos, designs, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws. You are not authorized to copy, reproduce or distribute this content without our written authorization.

 

 

6. Liability

6.1. Service availability

We endeavor to keep the application accessible at all times, but we do not guarantee its uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6.2. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the application, except in the case of gross negligence or intent on our part.

 

 

7. Privacy Policy

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

 

 

8. Modification of the GCU

We reserve the right to modify these conditions at any time. In the event of a major modification, you will be informed by e-mail or via a notification in the application.

 

 

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
